ORDERS:  All jewelry is handmade to order and takes three to six weeks for delivery. If you need something quicker, please contact me here with the item you'd like to rush order AND the date by which you need to receive your purchase. I will do everything possible to expedite orders to meet your deadline. Rush shipping charges may apply.

SHIPPING & HANDING:  Shipping Rates are calculated based on your order's value. All orders are shipped to you fully insured. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

TAX:  Applicable sales tax will be collected where tax collection is required by law.

CUSTOM ORDERS:  We have paused custom work through 2024. 

WARRANTY:  Judi Powers Jewelry is guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship for up to 30 days from date of purchase. Should we find your jewelry to be defective, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

RETURNS:  Unworn jewelry in its original condition may be returned for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of purchase. You must notify me in writing if you would like to make a return so that I can generate a Return Voucher. All returns must be shipped in their original packing together with the return voucher. Returns must be shipped insured and postmarked within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Postage and insurance fees are nonrefundable. Should an item arrive damaged, please notify me immediately so that I can generate a return voucher. Upon receipt of the damaged item, I will ship replacement merchandise at no cost. Custom, engraved, and specially sized jewelry are non returnable. No exceptions.

REPAIRS & REPLACEMENTS:  If within 30 days of purchase your jewelry is defective with normal wear I will repair it at no cost. Jewelry that has been altered, abraded, bent, or subjected to extreme wear will be repaired for a fee. If you need an item repaired, please email me at info {at} judipowersjewelry.com for a Repair Voucher and mailing instructions. Items for repair must be returned fully insured and securely packaged. When I receive the damaged item, I will email you with a repair estimate for your authorization before proceeding with repairs.

If you've lost a piece of Judi Powers Jewelry I am happy to make a replacement for you. To inquire about replacements, please email me at info {at} judipowersjewelry [dot] com and let me know what item you're looking to replace. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible, including any photographs. I will email you with the cost of the replacement for your approval before I begin making the piece. Repairs and replacements can take up to six weeks.

OTHER:  Due to the fluctuating nature in the price of gemstones and precious metals, prices are subject to change without notice. Thank you for your understanding and your cooperation.
